Make sure you read these important terms and conditions before using our services (don't worry, there is no confusing or hidden "small print") - if you have any queries, do get in touch.

Terms and conditions for use of Telecommunication Services provided by Call2Abroad (“The Services”)

By using The Services, you are deemed to have accepted our conditions of use and disclaimers.

The Services are comprised of:

1. Call2Abroad UK Landline service
2. Call2Abroad UK mobile service
3. Call2Abroad Euro service

General – applies to all of The Services

  • Callers must ensure they have bill payer's permission before using The Services.
  • All calls to Call2Abroad access numbers are billed by your telephone line provider at their relevant rates.
  • Calls are charged from time of connection to the The Services, so we advise replacing the handset after a short period if your calls are engaged or unanswered.
  • When calling from a mobile, remember to only press the call or send button after dialling the access number but not again after dialling the destination number.
    When reviewing the rates to destinations, calls to mobile phones, premium rate numbers and pagers are not included unless otherwise stated (usually listed separately).
  • Call2Abroad reserves the right to terminate fraudulent calls.
  • Calls made to mobile destinations may cost more, unless specifically mentioned in the destination list.
  • Prices subject to changed without prior notice. Some countries are excluded.
  • The Services are provided subject to availability.

1. Call2Abroad UK landline service (marketed as “home/office landline” service)

Callers must ensure they have bill payer's permission before making a call. Calls to DialAbroad access numbers cost the per-minute service charge shown here, plus your phone company's access charge, which varies by provider. We suggest checking in advance with your provider for their access charge. Calls are charged from time of connection to the access number, so we advise replacing the handset after a short period if your calls are engaged or unanswered.

2. Call2Abroad UK mobile top-up service (marketed as “mobile service” or “pay-as-you-go mobile service”)

By using this service you consent following: You must have a UK mobile and have the bill payer’s permission. Calls charged per second. A 5p connection is charged per call. Cost of calls to the 020 or 0333 or 0344 access number will be charged at your standard mobile rate to a landline or can be used as part of your mobile inclusive minutes. Credit is valid for 90 days, and each time you top up you extend the complete remaining balance by a further 90 days. You can use the credit directly from the mobile you topped up from, or in some cases, from other mobiles and landlines using a PIN. Text top-up customers: This is a reverse-billed text service, normal top up text will be charged at £5.00 or £10.00 plus your standard network rate. A confirmation text informing you that your mobile has been charged £5.00 or £10.00 will be sent shortly thereafter. Once your initial credit runs out you will be automatically topped up by a further £5. To opt out of the auto topup text DIAL STOP to 80556. Calls will disconnect once the credit is finished and a new text request with keyword to 80556 or to 85505 will have to be made for a further top up.
Credit/Debit card and PayPal top-up customers: It is essential that you enter your correct mobile number in order for us to top your account up correctly. Maximum top up is £20 per day up to £100 per month. The transaction is handled in a secure environment by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to top up - you can use any credit or debit card. However for auto top-up, you do need a PayPal account and the initial payment will be taken once the pre-approved billing is set up. You can cancel pre-approved billing at any time via your PayPal account or by logging into Call2Abroad. Should you be auto billed & not require this credit contact 2Abroad Support for a refund of unusued credit from this top up. If you have not enabled auto top-up then calls will disconnect once the credit is finished and a new topup request will have to be made for a further topup.

3. Call2Abroad Euro service

Purchase credit in increments of €5, €10, €15 or €20 credit or debit card or PayPal. Maximum top up is €20 per day up to €100 per month. Price includes VAT.
You must enter a valid mobile number (you can use your credit from any landline or mobile with your PIN). A confirmation text informing you that your mobile has been charged with the requested topup amount will be sent shortly thereafter.
Credit/Debit card top-up: It is essential that you enter your correct mobile number in order for us to top your account up correctly. The transaction is handled in a secure environment by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to top up - you can use any credit or debit card. Credit lasts for six months from date of top up, and each top up within this period extends your whole balance by six months from the date of top up.
Calls to the Call2Abroad access number will be charged at your standard landline or mobile rate to a landline or can be used as part of your landline or mobile inclusive minutes. Cost of calls to any freefone access number will incur a rate surcharge per minute (as displayed next to the freefone access number on this web site). Calls are charged per minute. A connection charge of 5 eurocents is charged per call. You should always call our access numbers from a local phone, eg. if you are in Spain, call our Spanish access number from a Spanish landline or mobile; if you are in the Germany, call our Germany access number from a German landline or mobile.

Privacy Policy

2Abroad Ltd collects data when you use this web site. Currently data is used solely for the purpose of processing your transaction, creating your customer account, and for any contact forms you complete. Returns/Refunds Policy

Returns of unused credit are not offered. Refunds for transactions made through reverse-billed SMS are not possible regardless. Credit purchased via credit card/debit card/PayPal is generally not refundable once purchased however exceptions may be made at the discretion of 2Abroad Ltd., such as in the case of a technical error on the part of 2Abroad Ltd., or in the case of an unwanted auto-topup transaction.
