How do I pay ?
You pay by sending us a text message or topping up online. When topping up with the text message method, the text message you send us requesting a top-up will be charged at your standard mobile operator's text rate. Text messages you receive from us will be charged at £5 or £10 depending on which number you send your text to.

Yes. Repeat the original top-up process - that never changes. If you have - for example - 40p remaining credit and you top-up with another £5 you now have £5.40's worth of credit to make calls. Simple! Back to top

How many calls can I make?
As many as you want - you can use the call2abroad mobile service any time of the day or night and can keep making calls up until your credit runs out. Your credit is valid for 3 months, and each time you top up you extend the complete remaining balance by a further 3 months. Remember you can top up at any time Back to top
How can I top-up?
Top-up directly from your mobile - Text the word DIAL to the short number 80556 for £5 credit or text DIAL to 67400 for £10 credit. This text will cost you £5 or £10 and we will credit your mobile phone with £5 or £10 of call credit - or top up online for cheaper rates.
Your balance is simply incremented by the relevant top up amount, for example; 40p remaining credit and you top-up your phone with another £5 you now have £5.40 available Back to top
Can I use my credit from other countries when travelling abroad ?
Call2Abroad have two products for use outside the UK - Call2Abroad Euro and the UK2Abroad Global SIM Card.
Call2Abroad Euro offers the same service as Call2Abroad Mobile from Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Holland, Spain, Switzerland and the USA. Ideal if you have a local phone such as a local SIM card or landline (such as office or home phone). Simply purchase credit in euro (€5, €10, €15 or €20) online and use the same credit from any of these countries.
For travellers who do not have a local SIM card or access to a local landline, or those who travel to multiple countries, the UK2Abroad Global SIM card is the ideal solution. This is a SIM with a regular UK mobile number (or you can use your normal UK number) which works in almost any country worldwide, providing free incoming calls and very low cost outgoing calls. How it works
Your purchase cheap international call credit in advance from us by text message (think of it as a virtual calling card). You just text the message DIAL and send it to 80556. You receive a text back from us, costing £5 and containing your credit, which you can use directly from your mobile, or from any other phone using a PIN number. To make calls, simply dial our London access number (charged as a London call, or included as a free landline call if you're a pay monthly customer).
